1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website tricurainsurance.io or any services provided by Tricura Insurance Group and its subsidiaries (Gemini Analytics, Centaur Claims), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Communications

By creating an account or providing your contact information, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number to us, you agree to receive text messages from us.

Program Description: We send text messages to provide customer support, account updates, claim status notifications, and partnership opportunities.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tricura Insurance Group and its licensors.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
